Mode I — before the meetingRehearse against your own data room

A voiced 2D interviewer runs the meeting before the meeting. It starts with recall, escalates to diligence, and finishes red-team — asking the questions your own documents make possible, including the ones they can’t answer yet.

02 The grading

Graded against your documents, not vibes.

After every answer, the judge compares your transcript to the evidence behind the question. Say 3% churn when your board deck says 5.1%, and it shows you the page. No usable evidence means no grade is invented — the same fail-closed rule the whole platform runs on.

03 The moment it counts

Private on your screen. Absent from theirs.

The live panel uses the operating system’s own capture-exclusion controls, and verifies the exclusion on your device before anything sensitive is shown. If verification fails, the panel stays empty — it fails closed, never open. We state exactly what that covers and claim nothing more: it’s your rehearsed answer that carries the meeting, not a trick.

04 Private by architecture

Your data room is the product. Treat it that way.

Indexed on your machine
Your documents are read from disk and indexed locally. Only the question at hand and the few excerpts needed to answer it are sent for answering — never the corpus, and never to anyone but the AI provider you configured.
Keys in the OS keychain
Credentials live in OS-backed secure storage — DPAPI on Windows, Keychain on macOS. There is no plaintext fallback: if secure storage is unavailable, saving fails with an explanation instead of writing a file.
Nothing is logged
Transcripts, questions, answers, screenshots, and document text are never written to logs or diagnostics. Rehearsal scorecards persist locally, on your device only.
One key stops everything
Privacy Lock aborts capture, listening, retrieval, and generation, clears the screen, and stays locked until you explicitly resume. Stopping is always one keystroke away.
