Terms of use
The license
BeInvestorReady is commercially licensed desktop software. A license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the application for your own fundraising preparation and presentations. You may not resell, sublicense, or extract embedded assets or code.
Your content
Your documents and rehearsal history remain yours and remain on your device. Content sent to the AI provider you configure is governed by that provider's terms as well — you choose the provider, and you should not submit material you are not permitted to share with it.
Honest-use expectations
The live answer panel uses your operating system's screen-share exclusion controls and verifies them on your device. It is built for preparation and delivery support — not to evade proctoring, monitoring, or organizational controls, and no such use is supported or claimed.
No warranty
The software is provided as-is. AI-generated answers and grades are decision support, not professional advice; verify anything material against your own documents before relying on it in front of investors.
